Both Troy and Jeremy were extremely helpful and professional in helping me pick out so much furniture that I needed for my new place. 

They both far exceeded my expectations and I was extremely impressed with both of their professionalism as  I had to spend a significant amount of time with each of them because of the amount of furniture I was purchasing. They were both knowledgeable and extremely accommodating and helpful. 

I would highly recommend asking for Jeremy or Troy when shopping and Jerome‘s furniture in Corona California!!  They definitely have my business!!.

Buyer Beware! I️ bought 4 barstools. I️ absolutely loved them and still do. Once I️ got them home I realized that they were too short for my counter and I️ need something taller. I️ went back into the store within my 10 day grace period and I️ was told that in the tiny fine print there are no returns only store credit. Very disappointed in the way the salesperson hid this from me. You never know how furniture will fit/look in your home before you actually bring it home. Would not recommend coming here unless you are completely CERTAIN that you will love the way the furniture will look in your home. I️ am unbelievably disappointed.

As soon as we walked in Leslie Frost asked if we needed any help. We said we were just browsing, killing time. She said no problem, if you have any questions, to just let her know. She was great....no pressure, not pushy, I love that. As soon as we saw something we like I looked for her to ask. We ended up buying a table and chairs for the kitchen. I was wanting a layaway plan and Leslie said, no problem, let's get you in our system. Done! Not hassle great experience. Thank you !!

Very bad customers service my sofa started to fade after 4 months the leather is fading on the arm and it's suppose to be 100%real leather and jeromes want to come dye my sofa and not replace it I paid over $2000 cash and I haven't heard anything from them on replacing it Please don't shop Here go to Mathis furniture store. Look at all the bad reviews on Yelp about the customers service. Tomorrow I will be filing a lawsuit against Jeromes

Great experience shopping and buying furniture here in Corona. All the staff where  nice and friendly. Troy is great !! and helped resolve any issues or questions.  Thanks Jeromes  we will purchase from you again
