I called in to ask for help with getting a pet and the man who answered the phone said they are "not trained for it" how are you not trained and you are employed with animal control!!!!! You should be trained for all situations when it comes to animals as you are working with "ANIMAL CONTROL"

I would call this place at 9:30 and no one would answer. But the place, which just 8 block from my Place, isn't that busy.
