Everytime I call this place i never get the opportunity to talk to a representative ! I've called numerous times! I claimed my benefits and have yet to received them this week and I can't even get in contact with a representative

The phone service sucks...you can never get anyone on the phone 😑 but i give them 5 stars when im in the office because they take care of me fast....but calling is like waiting for a rainstorm to come in a desert 😒

I missed a call from their office, the lady left the voice message with the fax number, but she did not even clearly said the fax number!!! how do I complete my claim? As a courtesy please repeat the fax number or contact number twice!!! They are in so much hurry to hand up the call.
