Jesse completely forgot our food even when we said TURKEY no onions and he stood there tapping on his screen. Very simple order. We waited over 45 minutes for 1.5 sandwiches. Neither of the employees were apologetic or empathetic. People who ordered after us received their order before us. If you're looking for a quick bite - go elsewhere. Not worth it! They need to fire this kid, sucks at his job. As for the rest of the employees, they need to wake up. They look miserable to be there. Hire new employees and ones who actually WANT to come to work. One star because it was actually cold in there and also, because there is no option to put 0 stars.

They were very slow at taking my order, had to ask me to repeat myself over and over again, undercooked my sub and overall just had terrible service.

I will give it three stars however because the dining area and bathroom were very clean and the food was good (other than the undercooked sub). Probably won't be coming back again.

Harmless chain offering acceptable renditions of a Jersey sub (really a hoagie, if you're from NJ). Beats Subway by a mile.

Jersey Mike's in Ojai?? Well even so, it feels like they fit right in. Their subs are fantastic and ingredients live up to quality expected from their surroundings - local small scale businesses. Really impressed.
