I absolutely love this place!! Always a friendly face when I walk in and the service is amazing!! Food is always fresh and on point!! I highly recommend eating here!! Mom & Pop shop feel to it. Skip the chain restaurants and head over to JB Sandwiches. The Teriyaki Chicken & Beef Plate is delicious!!

rude, lady answer the phone while i was trying to ask 1question she was rushing and asking the same question with out giving answers,i used to order from here at least 3 times a week like 2yrs ago when i used to work n the area now that im back i decide to give a try to the place again,but i guess not service HORRIBLE so ill habe to order from somewhere else for me and my other 9 coworkers

BEST LITTLE SANDWICH SHOP IN H.B. WHEN I CALL & ORDER LUNCH (AT LEAST 3 TIMES WEEKLY) THEY DELIVER TO MY OFFICE IN 15 MINUTES! IT'S AMAZING! THEY ARE 3 A COUPLE OF STREETS AWAY! THEY'RE FOOD IS GREAT AND FRESH! NO DELIVERY CHARGE! JUST A NICE LUNCH THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO BRING A MICROWAVE LUNCH THE NEXT DAY OR TOO!
