I've tried this place multiple times since they have opened. The first two times were right when they opened then again a couple months later. Each of those times took 20 min to get my food which sucks with a 30 min lunch break. After about a year I tried it again today. It was much faster got out in less than 10 min but the chicken that looked cooked was hard and cold. Maybe people from Jersey like fatty fresh from the fridge chicken? I'd prefer it at least nuked in the microwave for a bit. There's no justifying spending $10 on these wraps. Staff was very friendly but that's about the only good thing I can say

A fly landed on someone’s bread and you want them to throw it away?! Only in California, The sandwiches are excellent made with high quality meats and ingredients definitely worth the money!! A word of advice if you’re in a hurry call ahead sandwich will be ready when you get there

I saw a fly land on a piece of bread, the employee saw it, waited to make sure the customer who's sandwhich it was didn't see, acted like she was going to throw the bread away, then used it any way. I'm management in food service and that is absolutely unacceptable. Contaminated food must be disposed of whether the customer sees it become contaminated or not. There is a training piece seriously missing from this Jersey Mikes. Please resolve. I left when I saw it. I've been here a few times and the food's always been great, but this was a huge let down. Sanitation is paramount.

Prices are to hi food only average at best and they force a tip at the  check out and want your phone # all I want is a fair price and good food $ 22.00 for small and medium  sandwich is to much

This sandwich is so addictive and the staff are upbeat and seem to love their jobs. And if you like cookies forget it. I always get about 9 cookies every time I visit. Yummy food!
