Slightly pricey but have never had bad food in there and eaten there several times. The initial service is very good. It's a very popular place. Love the bread. And it's not so good for you.

It costs between $15 and $20 to get soup and sandwich here if you add in a drink and a 99-cent pastry. Considering how the only other drive-through choices are mostly fast-food burger joints, it makes logical sense to come here. But 2 out of 3 times, they get your order wrong. Things ordered are often in the wrong portions (you get a cup of soup when you ordered and paid for a bowl). Or you get your soup without a spoon to eat it with. Plus they are always out of many items by the end of the business day. They may ask you if you would like your panini on grilled sourdough, etc. It's a lot of money for what you get (or what you DON'T get after you already paid for it). The only reason you should go there is because burgers and fries are poisonous. Enjoy.

Horrible customer service! Ordered ahead 3 rolls (9am order for a 2pm pick up) for Mother’s Day dinner and when I arrived at to pick up NOTHING was available. No phone call or email to say the items weren’t available, and they had plenty of time to make the bread! ZERO apology and ZERO refund!! This is not the first bad experience but this was the last straw!!

good food, but slowest service on this planet. every time we come here they take their time as slow as they can. even when they’re not even busy. i have walked in before and there had been nobody ordering ahead of me and they still take incredibly long. even in the drive through they are soooo slow

They have the best bagels anywhere. Their scones are outstanding. I like they're salads best. They have what is called seasonal salads. They make them based on what fruit or veggies are in season.
