Went there on Sunday for lunch. Everyone's sub was tasty and 
I highly appreciate that they cleaned the knives, meat cutter and oven before making my order of gluten free subs. 
Club Supreme done Mike's way is a real treat.

To whom it may concern,

When visiting your location at 2480 East Main Street I was extremely disappointed. I have worked in the food service industry before and I am very unhappy to have had such a lackluster experience at your store. 

Your location said they were out of lettuce, and that they only had white bread. The situation could have easily been remedied. Rather they were out of lettuce that was already chopped up, they could have taken an employee off of the line to prep more lettuce for several minutes. Or if they were out of lettuce all together, someone could have taken the initiative to take some of the stores petty cash and go to the Kroger grocery store about .4 miles away to purchase more lettuce.  Further more, they could have prepped more bread throughout the day  in order to have other kinds of bread available for consumption.

When we walked in there were about 4-5 employees working, and they did not appear to be very busy while we were there.

I am anxiously awaiting your response to remedy this situation 

PS - I have never been to a Subway, Jimmy Johns, Penn Station, or other sandwich shop, that has ran out of lettuce or other bread options before. 

PSS - I am just now eating my sandwich and the employees failed to mention that it would also be missing the cheese, and the dressing. So I basically have meat on white bread, and I paid $17 for two disappointing sandwiches.

I ask for the roast beef to be cooked on the grill with the bacon . Well . I get home the meat is red blood running out the bread and the bacon umm. Just no I'm never going back. And they were not busy .

Never disappointed with Jersey Mike's I had my first Jersey Mike's sub in an airport in Las Vegas and now anytime I know I am close to a JM I have to have it for lunch always a great sandwich

Very friendly staff with great tasting subs. Price is a bit much for giant subs ($13.65).
