I love Piada! They have ultra fresh ingredients and a large selection of vegetables and dressings. The pasta is good. The sausage is very tasty (I wish they were a little larger in size). It's up to you. You choose what you want. Your meal is your choice. I just found out they have salmon too. The calamari is super fresh and delicious! It is a real treat. Most of their employees are friendly. I enjoy going to the restaurant. It's clean inside & outside.

I love Piada. It's like a Chipotle in speed with resturaunt quality meals. Something for everyone. My wife and mother felt that their pasta needed salt and pepper, and alas there was none. A little more expensive than other restaurants of it's type, but worth it in my opinion.

Piada is the Chipotle of Italian food, you know, inspired by, not authentic, tasty food.

Walking down the line, having them assemble a wonderful mix of tasty treats.

I highly recommend double meat: sausage and crispy chicken.

So why only 4 stars? Piada is good, they perform consistently every time, but nothing is knock my socks off amazing.

The first time I've ever had any complaints about Piada, but I found hair in my food and lost my appetite. The cashier offered to make another bowl. It was obvious the girl with the fresh haircut was the culprit and noticed that no one had on hairnets as of the hats were suitable. I would've liked if they would be offered me a refund, but I didn't make it a point to insist.

This location (Bexley) seems to always be very busy during lunch but 2 back to back bad experiences have led me to leave this review. First time they double charged me for my meal; I noticed on my way back to work and called, the manager looked up my receipt and took my address down promising to send me a coupon meal to compensate. I never received this refund..  3 months later... I hesitantly returned for a lunch date with my sister; It was again busy this time I ordered 2 Parmesan sticks and 2 pepperoni (I’m vegetarian my sister is not), I asked them to label which was which. I bit into a pepperoni stick marked as Parmesan and ate meat for the first time in years, frankly my body feels violated. I’m aware people make mistakes however twice in a row leads me to believe this is poor management or careless employees.
