I absolutely love Jersey Mike's, #56 with provolone was what I was looking forward to all day. Long time customer.

However this was single handedly the worst sanwhich I have ever gotten from any deli. The bread on both mine and my wife sandwich was so dry, like they were trying to get rid of day old bread.
The meat was also extremely over cooked ,I had to go as far as adding some Mayo to it just to give it some moisture. This is something I would not expect from Jersey Mike's.

So very disappointed with this experience.

Extremely disappointed in the sandwich my husband brought home tonight.  He ordered exactly what I requested (I was on the phone with him) - a full sized "Big Kahuna" on white, extra mushroom, no jalapenos, cut into 4ths. (I like to save half in the freezer).

Well, it had extra mushrooms, yay!  It also had jalapenos on it.  

I have an ulcer.  I can't eat peppers, so I got to spend the first 5 minutes of dinner picking them out of my sandwich.  It wasn't world shattering, by any means, just an annoyance.

But - what if I were allergic to jalapeno peppers?  This could have resulted in a visit to the ER (or worse).

PAY ATTENTION, people who prepare my food!  You got lucky this time.

We really like this place. I wish they wouldn't ask for a tip when you check out though. Besides that, great Fresh Sandwiches and wraps.

Fantastic deli quality subs with fresh fresh veggies! As far as quality of food, i would give 5 stars. My two gripes with the place is the speed in which the sandwiches are made and the size orientation of the sandwiches. First, all the meat is freshly sliced before its placed on the bread every time. Though it adds to that extra freshness, It can cause a lengthy wait time during busy hours. My biggest problem with the place is they only have 3 sizes. Small (4"), regular (8") and giant (16"). For me, if im hungry and i want a good sized sandwich, an 8 inch sub can leave me a little unsatisfied, but a 16 inch sub is way too much food and pricey. Id like to see them incorporate a large size like 10-12 inches. If none of that bothers you, then its definately a good sandwich chain to try.
