Walked in, not a single person in there, every surface was sticky/greasy, and it smelled foul.  All signs pointed to turn around and leave, so we did.

I have yet to find a good Chinese food place in San Diego. The Mandarin Chef is as good as it comes thus far. They are always so friendly and their food is good, but nothing that will knock your socks off.

Very unwelcoming in 2016! One employee tells me to leave in a disrespectful manner without a healthy communication causing me to call his boss and speak to him firmly regarding the poor customer service even though he apologized.

Panda Express is across the parking lot. Better bet. So disappointing, food was greasy and flavorless and over priced for the proportions. They charge extra for rice.

Love the tasty food here. Start your meal with one of the combos. The egg flower soup is delicious. Enjoy the wonton, egg role and chicken wings before the main course. 
The food is delicious and the service is good. Try the shrimp with snow peas or chicken with snow peas. Beef with broccoli or steak. It's all good. Their house specialty dishes are all good. I don't care too much for the fried rice but steamed rice with the food is also an excellent choice. 
A nice family dinner or with friends will make you remember this restaurant not only with the good food but also good service. 
Hope you enjoy it as much as I do and maybe I'll see you there as I go there quite often and this happens to be one of the better Chinese Restaurants than most of the others in the area.
