The guy who was cutting the deli meat was nice. But the other guy was extremely rude and not personal. Nor was he wearing a hat. When I asked for spicy mustard he put yellow mustard on my sandwich. When I said I wanted spicy, he said they were out. I just took it because I have been busy all day. The older staff are usually nice, but the younger staff are rude and treat you as though you're bothering them. I will never go back to this location. And I wish the one guy who was actually doing the work success in the culinary industry.

We ordered online to redeem the birthday sub. They only have one option for non-meat eaters which is the veggie sandwich. This sandwich doesn't come with a lot of options as far as the toppings go veggies so it was pretty basic. Overall, it was still a great sub and tasted wonderful. We ordered it with bell peppers and it didn't come with them on the sub but that's ok. It was cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and oil/vinegar.  The sub was ready when we arrived. They do not have an area to just pick up and go - you have to go to the counter and they keep it behind the counter. Not a big deal but wanted others to know the pickup process for online orders.

One of subways rivals i guess. Its a little different but some more visits will have 2 take place 2 get usd 2 the new types of sandwiches sold here. 1st time ther 4 lunch at this resturant. Had great service in an out. A smooth oiled machine runnin. The turkey meat was gettin sliced rite in front of u a first for a fast food resturant 4 the order before me. I got a regular sizd tuna. Will say limited choice of toppings to put on besides the general lettuce , tomatoe or any sauces. Its located in olde raleigh village. Other bad thing is parking if you go during peak time like lunch time parking is real bad. But besides that will prob come bac some time.

walked in at 3pm on Sept 14th and the girl said “are you ordering” as soon as i walked in. i said yes and she said “i have to go to the bathroom” and left for 5 minutes. another employee came in and nodded and didn’t say anything or take my order either? that’s not how costumer service works. train your employees.

Great staff. The store is clean. The food taste great. The employee noticing I do not eat meat offered to wipe down the slicer. Then he wiped it down. I am very pleased with the service. I will be returning

It was one of those 100+ heat index August days. I wanted something delicious but not too heavy.  Classic Jersey mike's sub and a Pepsi. In and out fast. Perfect.

I have literally only been to this particular jersey Mike's twice. Been to other locations and they were great this THIS ONW IS NOT. First time I went me and my boyfriend ordered some sandwiches and were waiting and BOTH OF US watched a reach crawl across sandwiches that were laid out including purse the guy saw it a few conds later and he tried to get it off but the damage was done. So we left. Second, and probably last, time I went alone to grab me and my boyfriend some sandwiches on my way home. I'm not sure if all 3 of the workers were high schoolers or something but every single one of them was rude as hell. Took 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and the girl got visibly mad at me when I asked to add a drink to my order as well. Jersey Mike's I love your sandwiches but this location needs better staff, or manager or training or maybe all 3.

Don't get me wrong I love this place but they had strings in the food, not hair, I don't know what it was but I couldn't finish my food. It was just so much strings in one Bute I just threw it out. I can't call them now, it's the one on Old Raleigh village, harris teeter complex so if yall are there watch out!

The food is consistently good and the lady they have working there on weekday afternoons is very nice

Needs more staff. The staff that was here did a great job. Subs were great! Edit: came back to give another review. Sub was supposed to be ready at 12:11 PM it’s now 12:45 and I’m still waiting. Still needs more staff and staff were rude an unfriendly. Went from 2 stars to 1.
