The person's working were great and professional. The food was delicious and the smoothie was great! Everyone should go there at Olde Raleigh shopping center on Edward Mills Rd. I will continue to get my smoothies there. They have delivery and catering. They're a smaller location. The only suggestion I can make is to lower the bell on the door when you enter & leave. That's when you eat in. Most people do take out. Thanks for a great meal.
This location was already my favorite because of how pleasant the workers always are, and how consistent the food is, compared to other locations. However I made the mistake of going to the Wake Forest Rd one, and my smoothie was absolutely disgusting. I took the smoothie and receipt to this location and Charlie fixed it for me quickly, and the new one was a million times better. Thanks so much Charlie go to this location over any other
We placed a mobile order 30 min in advance and when we arrived none of our stuff was ready. This same thing happened last time when I came to this location as well. Then when we received our smoothies, the smoothie was made with protein powder which I did not order whatsoever. They didn’t even give us napkins or straws either. The worker was moving extremely slow with multiple people waiting. He also was giving very rude looks at us. Horrible experience and will not be back at this location.
Busy spot for lunch so ordering ahead works. Friendly staff! Clean location. Food always perfect, smoothies awesome and atmosphere light if you choose to stop in to be on Trop Time! Highly recommend this location if you're near by or will be.Food: 5/5
Fast but removed items I didn't ask to be removed like white chocolate and asked for extra and said nothing about turbinado but was removed.
One of the gentleman at this store went above and beyond today unfortunately I did not think to get his name first. I had ordered delivery through the website but I think it was sent through Doordash. I ordered 4 smoothies and a meal but the food was not with it. I tried calling the Doordash driver but they didnt answer. I called the store to explain the situation and the guy immediately found it. I was at work nearby but unable to leave so he himself took the time out of his day to bring it over. It was for my boss and it was absolutely amazing that he offered to do that. Definitely turned what could have been a not-so-good situation, around.
