I've eaten here a few times and the sandwiches and service are always good. Today I ordered the Club Sub and it was very good. Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich place. I love the quality and how they make your sandwich right in front of me.Food: 5/5

Respecting the staff. And all the reviews about walking in mistreating customers! All restaurants have a time frame they need to be out by. if you're expecting to walk in 10 minutes or 30 minutes prior of closing hours they're already prepping / shutting off equipment it's piping hot Smarties. I have had no issue with this restaurant both customer service or anything. However health code related haven't seen much to go off of that. Love the sandwiches service when I go usually good.

Picked up 2 subs to-go around 2:45pm on Dec 31.  The young man making our subs did Not change out his gloves after checking out the previous customer...so our subs were made with who knows what germs that we're picked up off the cash register tablet.  Seems like a health code violation to me!!  Employees should not be handling food products after taking payment from customers unless hands are washed or cleans gloves worn!!

This has to be the worst Jersey mikes I’ve ever gone to since before the Santa Monica one changed management. This place has the worst customer service. I could tell from when my family and I drove up around 8pm that they were not pleased to see us come in. Also the first time we went it was 8:30 pm and they told us they closed the grill even though they don't even close till 9pm. On this trip I told them multiple times please no peppers on my sandwhich and I ended up with a bunch of peppers and mushrooms which do not even go on the sun I chose. Someone needs to get this place in gear or I won’t be going to that place anymore.

Better Italian sub then any Italian deli I’ve been to!

Update: They always put mustard on the wrong sandwich. Each time now, I have to drive all the way back to have it remade as they drench it with mustard and my sandwich does not even come with mustard on it. Then the sandwich we do ask for yellow mustard...gets none. Boogles my mind. Puts mustard on the wrong sandwich and forgets to put mustard on the one which we requested. With gas prices now and having to drive back, just sucks and unfortunately, we won't be going back to this location. Pay attention to your orders and make them correctly. Please! Great customer service! The guy that made my sandwich loved what he was doing. It is  so nice to see someone who likes their job!

I am so excited this Jersey Mike’s opened in RSM! The layout and theme of the restaurant is so fresh and modern, not to mention great staff to go with it! The manager, Will, is extremely helpful and you can tell he cares about his employees and customers. Can’t wait to frequent here more often for great sandwiches and service!

Overall a good Jersey Mike’s, but one of the supervisors was completely rude, I told him what he did wrong to my sandwich but he just walked away. It’s a new location and they are all learning but the managers should be more professional and not jump in when nothing is wrong in the first place. My sandwich was perfectly fine and he decided to add more condiments without asking me now I’m left with a super soggy sandwich; I’m on a short lunch break and didn’t have time to get a new one.

The store is great...the food is fresh and plentiful...Polite, friendly staff...Met Hope the second day they were open...Very nice lady...Love the store with one exception...Will, the General Manager is rude. Period.
