Can't really rate it, because they stop talking orders at 8. I don't get out of work 6 days/week until then. The app said 830, but it doesn't tell you they're closed for deliveries until you take the time to put your whole order in.

Great customer service. We were hosting a party and ordered 10 pizzas. They were all right on time as promised and the staff even helped carry the pizza's out to the car. The flavor of all the pizza's was great too. Our favorite turned out to be the Hero's pizza.

Ordering was easy, my order was ready when I got there, the staff is great and the pizza was exactly what we ordered and delicious. Would have been a 5-star review if I hadn’t been grossed out that the guy preparing the food had long hair and a beard, neither of which were covered with a hair net/beard net or hat.

When ordering from Papa Johns pizza, I try very hard to avoid having peppercinis inside of the box. Specifically, I place my order online, select clean cutter as my option, then call the store directly to expressly ask for no peppercinis to be put in the box  During this call, I repeat the request 3 times, ask for the individual's name, and suggest using a highlighter on the box to ensure the person cutting the pizza won't make the mistake of cross-contaminating my pizza. On a quiet Tuesday evening, I ordered a pizza from this location. When I arrived, peppercinis were in the box and touching the pizza. With kids that have allergies this is unacceptable. The store was empty, 3 employees working, and with no pending pizzas on the preparation screen, one would expect staff to share information and not cross-contaminate their food products. Moreover, when I explained their error to a manager, she apologized, could not explain how this happened, and had me wait nearly 10 minutes in the lobby while they remade the pizza. No credit or discount was offered.  Even worse, the remade pizza only included one of my two toppings.  This location is inconsistent in their product and in their production. When allergies are involved, incompetence can lead to medical nightmares.

This place doesn't have its act together. I tried to order a pizza and the delivery guy who spoke in broken English said that he was getting lost and canceled my order rather than letting us know. When I tried to order it again, they said they would do so only to not process it and deliver it to me. They lost my business!

Good pizza for a good price. They are fast and the food is hot and good to eat. This is one of the better fast food pizza shops. They are happy to make your pizza how ever you want it. You can order on the phone and when you arrive your pizza is hot and ready to take home. For quick pizza I like this place

We got the Super Hawaiian Pizza for $12.90, which is a very good deal. It was well made with double cheese and toppings. The wait time was 15 minutes which is pretty much unheard of anywhere else on a Friday night. I would totally go here again.

Bought 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings. Both pizzas has minimal toppings and one order of wings didnt have any sauce when I ordered and the label read bbq. I sent a request to make it right and it's been over 3 weeks with no response. Will not be returning

They lost my pizza that I ordered. I called to ask where it was, they lied over and over and said it will be there any minute. 45 minutes later, 1.5 hours from when I ordered, my pizza arrived, cold. The driver said that the store is a joke and that they couldn't find my pizza. The manager wouldn't talk to me, I just kept getting put on hold. Sad excuse for customer service, and crappy cold pizza

This place no longer exists yet still shows up on Google maps. It's now completely empty/cleared out.
