I typically don't write reviews, but need to on this instance. I hired Jesse based on the good reviews I've read. I am hoping I am an isolated incident, but I have had nothing but problems with Jesse's service. Not only was the water well over twice as much as he expected, he demanded payment as soon as the drilling was complete. I got a loan and was able to pay him within a day, yet he has not finished the well or installed the pump which was all paid for. It has been over month now and still haven't got him to finish the well. Extremely disappointed in his estimating and service.
