Water heater went out, first guy charged me $113 to replace the thermocouple. Not the problem, another guy says I needed to replace. The quote is $1400. It’s New Years weekend so I would have to wait. The Flu came with a great fever. Tuesday comes with the new water heater. Since he “had” to replace the valve, $150, and redo the exhaust on top the total comes to $1645. The add on the website for install to specs says $1350. I called asked for the manager, no response. I would not recommend this business.

Our water heater broke on Christmas Eve, just when we had extra people at the house. I called Jet Plumbing and spoke with Drew, he talked me through some trouble shooting things to see if we could get it working, but to no avail. Parts for the 12-year-old heater were going to be $800 with a week’s delay getting the parts because of the Holidays. So, I decided to install a new water heater and that was installed on December 26th. Great service.

A drain from our dishwasher to our septic tank had broken and left quite a mess in our crawlspace. I called Jet Plumbing in a few hours they were able to send out one of their plumbers (Brad). Brad fixed the problem in less than an hour despite the fact that the leak was difficult to get at. I thought it was going to cost a few thousand dollars to fix but it ended up being $150 which I thought was extremely affordable. I will definitely hire them again if I have any future problems.

The service tech was wonderful. He fixed the problem that I was afraid could not be fixed. He was patient and funny. I also love Tara the dispatcher. She's wonderful!

Lovely job! Everything is perfect. I really love the new tankless water heater and Bill was wonderful. I will never use another company again.
