I love Jet's pizza however I can not longer order from this location.  Although today's order was only 20 minutes late, it was the last straw.  They didn't bother to make it until I walked in.  Delivery times have always ranged from 1 to 3 hours late.  I am very disappointed.

Store employees dont care. They sound like they dont want to be there. 1 star rating is too much. I dont think they drug test.

My kids n i love this place! Our food has always been great and exactly as ordered. We go here often. Not a complaint yet! Delivery takes 40 mins to an hr, if u dont wanna wait...go get it.

Today was my first horrible experience at Jets. We love jets pizza so this was hugely disappointing after giving in to a strong craving! We got two orders of the lunch special and it was disgusting. It looked over cooked like it had been sitting out under a heat lamp all day. The whole thing was completely drowning in sauce. It was squeezing out through the tiny tiny paper thin layer of cheese. You couldn't eat it without getting it everywhere. I ended up scraping off most of the excess sauce but that left me with dough, like 2 pepperoni and nothing else. Will think twice about giving in to this craving again 🤢😝🙅🏻🍕

Food is always good!  But, it is never hot, when you get it.  It is warm, at best.  Their delivery service is absolutely terrible!  We placed an order and it wasn't delivered until almost 2 hours later.  They didn't bother to call and tell us deliveries would be slower than normal. They made no offer of discount for the wait or even an apology!  This is not the first experience we have had like this, either!!!  We will not be ordering any more delivery from Jett's!  There are too many other places in the area to accept this kind of service!
