Horrible food and customer service. Me and my fiance decided to have a pizza night and order take out. We ordered online then we get a phone call 10 minutes later saying can we come pick up the pizza because there is only 1 driver and who ever the lady was on the phone told us her feet hurt. So, as we finished letting her talk we said well can we just have our money back refunded on the card she says she don't know how to do that. Then she says well I'll deliver it, but I have bad tires. Needless to say the food was disgusting and I will not give them my business anymore.

ZERO STARS. 1.) don’t serve people cold, uncooked calzones. 2.) just bc you out the cheese on the bottom, and (way too much) sauce on top of a normal pizza crust does NOT make it a “Chicago deep dish”. 3.) pretty sure breadsticks are supposed to be somewhat soft, not just hard rocks. Didn’t bother reaching out to the store, took over an hour to receive my meal anyways lord knows how long it would’ve taken to correct it. Spent $27 on a meal for my family that was so undercooked and foul we didn’t even bother eating it and literally threw it in the trash and then went to subway. The only good thing about the entire order was the freaking 2 liter of Coca Cola. NEVER returning, I’ll gladly pay $27 to be taught a lesson and never spend another dime of my money at this place. Should’ve listened to the other reviews.

Absolutely worst customer service I've seen!!! For an OWNER to refer to himself as "Harry Testicles" while dealing with an unsatisfied customer is ridiculous. For a "man" threaten a woman who is trying to return unacceptable food  instead of trying to resolve the issue is appalling!!
