This is a good quick car wash place. The staff is nice and the vacuums are free. Very convenient location in Hurst right off 183.

TLDR Version: Do not use Jett Express Carwash in Hurst as they will damage your car and then lie to you about fixing it.
See below for the full story:
I used your car wash on 07-16-17 around 10 am at the Hurst Location. Went through the cycle as I have before. I go to vacuum the inside for a bit and when I went to clean the trunk I noticed the spare tire cover (that comes standard on this model) was gone. I ask your employee on duty (Chase?) he took me to the side of the car wash where the cars come out and my cover was on the floor of the car wash and cars were driving over it. 
We grab it and I notice that it's completely ruined so I asked him what I could do. He said that I could file a claim but that he would need my DL and Insurance info. I gave him the info and he filled out the form but said that more than likely nothing was going to be done.
Later I fill out a contact form on your site requesting assistance with this matter. I get a call from Derek (Area Market Manager) who tells me that he will either pay me the value of the cover or give me the equivalent amount in wash vouchers. I tell him I would rather get a replacement cover.
I send him pictures of the damaged cover per his request. Then, I get a call from Chase saying that they reviewed the video and that because the spare tire cover was blown off by their dryers that they would not pay to replace it. I call Derek and he essentially says the same thing that they could not cover the damage because apparently, the cover was loose before I went to the wash. Chase and Derek both said there is video proving what they've said and despite my repeated attempts requesting the video, they just say they can't.
While I appreciate Derek's prompt response, I find it ridiculous that he basically backed out on our original conversation after viewing a video that I cannot see. I am also angry that the employees at the wash were just going to let me go home without telling me that my cover was blown off.

Best price for this type of car wash - generous discount on follow-up wash within a week. Wish they would keep the vacuum cleaners by the road open - they often have too few cleaners open and you have to wait to vacuum your vehicle.

Machine broke off my driver side mirror, told the manager on site and he told me he reviewed the video and agreed it was the machine's fault and he would take care of everything, make the report to his superior and would call me back in 4-5 days, finally got the call back and they have the audacity to tell me I put glue on my mirror. I've had my new car for less than a year. Why T.F. why I use glue? Now I have to go back so they can take more pictures... if they don't handle this I have no problem taking them to court...
