Noticeably sharp decline in management and care for the car wash. Often at least 1 component of the jets, rinsing or scrubbing brushes is broken. Also a new rule for towels is 1 per car, and the now coveted towels are located half way across the parking lot and so now car owners are walking across the parking lot  at a increased rate holding up through traffic and taking longer in the detailing bays. Genius idea to save a towel or two🤪 (sarcasm) Trash and weeds are decreasing the cleaning appeal of the car wash. Now you just leave feeling more gross.

Not only were the employees nice, but cheap and free vacuum! Providing towels and glass sprays. Awesome all for $5.

New owner is cutting corners.  The machines do not clean the back of your car so they normally had an employee there scrubbing the rear as you entered....he's gone so the back of your car won't be cleaned.
The new owner moved the clean towels up to where you pay to enter but staff doesn't mention that nor are there signs guiding you to the new location so if you don't know....you end up using a dirty towel because most people are too timid to ask or just don't think of it.  This is the new owners way of washing less towels.
It's going downhill now.
I used to use this place all the time but I'll go to one of the other 2 that are located very nearby.

Best car wash around. The vacuums always work really good, which is important to me because I often take my dog in my car. They provide rags and glass cleaner which is also nice. The price is affordable and they offer monthly memberships. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

The car wash left black streaks up and down my truck. I told the manager Jacob about the experience I had there. He didn't want to deal with me and told me to leave. Don't waste your time here!
