To expensive. $2.00 a wash and $1.75 a dry. If ur going to raise the price than at least give Timbercrest Apartments on Bluff St. a bigger washer and dryer so we get our moneys worth. Just not worth it. Laundry mat is still 1.50 to wash and $0.50 to dry for 20 min.

5 machines I’m Westbrook tower. 220 some feet tall building. 5 machines. Almost always 3 of them out of order and on the weekend horrible.

I'm very pleased with the service that our apartment complex City View Apartment here in Omaha, Nebraska is receiving from Jetz Service Company. I called them today and I spoke to one of their employees, and she was very pleasant and professional on the telephone  this morning . Hopefully Jezt Service Company will be able to repaired some of our washers and dryers that are out of order downstairs in our laundry room .

Called last week to find out how come the machines in my building weren't working on the debit card like they usually do. Left to work order. Haven't heard a thing. Tried to call today to find out they closed early. So much for service
