Absolutely horrible customer service. My apartment complex uses their machines and tells us that we are responsible for contacting them ourselves when there are problems. However they never answer their phones or email even after multiple attempts over the course of several weeks. They sure found time to come over and jack up the prices on every machine though.
Joe definitely knows his stuff - true expert in the field. They are always willing to help our hotel keep up and running with our laundry equipment. One of the best services I’ve had to work with.
They have laundry equipment in my apartment complex and its always breaking down. They only come if you continuously call and they not open on weekends.
