Sincere, actual site management. But, some workers are some how promoted and are truly hating, their positions/taking advantage of their position. Just BECAUSE a white male is BALD (by genetics), doesn't mean he is a skin head! (LEAVE YOUR JUDGMENT AT HOME). We are repeatedly treated, by a so called team member, that is semi management, crudely; OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Maybe he is the one that is racist towards Caucasians because he always hassles my husband. I am of Latin decent (BROWN AND PROUD) and my Caucasian, husband (OBVIOUSLY) isn't racist! We pay GOOD Money to shop here! And, we shouldn't be shown, so much DISRESPECT. ALMOST DONE WITH THIS JEWELS. Would be so heart broken, if elder family members, would have to endure, this type of treatment..!

Jewel osco is my go to for my meats , I usually visit 3 to 4 times a week. I love their 3 day special sales. The familiar and friendly faces keep me coming back.

I use the 24hr pharmacy there more than anything. And I just absolutely love them. They're ALWAYS SPEEDY, they're ALWAYS ACCURATE, they're ALWAYS UNDRSTANDIN, COMPASSIONAT, & ALWAYS VERY GREAT LISTENERS AND TEND TO ACCOMMODATE TO MY PERSONAL NEEDS! ALTHO I do live in ZION, & I needed to use Osco's bc they were IN-NETWORK FOR BCBS PPO. of TN & EXPRESS SCRIPTS WHICH MADE EACH SCRIPT $5 CHEAPER VS, AN NOT IN-NETWORK PHARMACY, ... BUT I REFUSE TO GO TO THE 💩ZION PHARMACY#1) THEY DRASTICALLY CHANGED PHARMACY HRS FOR CLOSING supposedly bc their clientelle was low... Sadly they were clueless to the fact IT WAS BASICALLY BC OF THE HORRIBLY RUDE, NOSE IN THE AIR LONG BLONDE HAIRED HAIRED PHARMACIST WHO OBVIOUSLY MUST'VE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HACK IT IN SCHOOL AND SO INSTEAD OF BECOMING A REAL PRESCRIBING DOCTOR, SHE'S A LOWLY PHARMACIST WHO TREATS US ALL LIKE WERE ADDICTED BUMS OFF THE STREET AND LOVES TO MESS WITH US AND WITHOUT EVEN. PRETENDING TO CARE,OR EVEN ASK THE REASON, SHE WILL TOTALLY DISREGARD THE ACTUAL. REAL ORIGINAL PRESCRIBING DOCTORS MED START DATES THAT HE HAS PRINTED CLEAR AS DAY ON EACH PRESCRIPTION PAPER. BC if IT'S ANY SOONER THAN THE DAY B4 IT'S DUE, SHE'LL JUST OVERRODE IT AND REFUSE THE FILL WITHOUT EVEN BATTING AN EYE. I WISH THEY'D REALIZE SHE'S THE REAL Reason​ THEY WERE LOSING CUSTOMERS... AND NOW THEY'RE GONNA LOSE MORE BC THE CLOSING TIMES ARE IMPOSSIBLE FOR FIRST SHIFT WORKERS! IT'S JUST SAD. REAL SAD THAT BC OF HER, OSCO SUFFERS.

Vinson!!!! ( an amazing person) and the rest of the staff are phenomenal and I can't praise their deli service enough. This store truly cares about their customers and they take pride in their store. This is my go to Jewel in Lake County!
