Ask permission before scanning people's I.D.'s for alcohol purchases.  You can refuse to serve me if you can't scan it, that's your right. But it's my right to be able to protect my information and privacy.

You ask for help and they give you an attitude instead of offering assistance. I ask a lady about about a beverage to do with mymix, she basically snaps at me and tells me to just get it ringed up... I once over heard someone there say that their competition is Mariano's, Yeah I don't think so!!!!!!

Every time I go here I have a bad experience.  Most recent:  Last night I stopped because it was convenient, and I only had ten items to buy.  The only non-self-checkout lane open was the express lane, fifteen or fewer.  The couple in front of me had done their entire Thanksgiving shopping and had about fifty items.  When it was my turn, halfway through the bagger disappeared.  The cashier kid gave me my receipt and began checking out the next person, but my items were sprawled all over the counter.  I said "Do I get a discount if I bag it myself?"  The kid said "no."  I started bagging mys stuff and he said "I can do that for you."  Really?  Great!  Thank you so much!

I hate this store and will not go there again, despite it being closer than the one at Schaumburg and Barrington.
