I wish I could give 0 stars. The pharmacists and cashiers are rude, no customer service skills WHATSOEVER, they never take responsibility and they blame everything on the customer. I have been getting my medication here for my family and I for over 1 year, I'm not sure what happened to their manager but all of a sudden their rules are upside down when it comes to getting a hold of you for pickup, and having it ready. I tried to get my medication 3 times before my doctor's office had to get involved and basically tell me to get my prescriptions elsewhere.  They have also tried to overcharge me for my meds when my insurance covers 75% percent of it. I've had to call my insurance for that too and they said they're rules are backwards! It's been stressful and a hassle and I will never EVER go here again. Horrible, I will recommend everyone to STAY CLEAR of this place. Anywhere else is better.

Horrible customer service.  They don’t want to help and everyone just pushes the task to someone else and you get tossed around.  They’ll say she’ll help you over there and you go “over there” and then that person will send you right back to where you were.  So no one really helps and you just have to go home without your prescription because they couldn’t pick up a phone and make a call to the doctor to confirm something they don’t understand...just go to another pharmacist and avoid the hassle.

The customer service at pharmacy is miserable. Perhaps they are understaffed, but odd that they've got four and even five ppl working there and milling around while you stand there and hope just one of them would come to the counter and attend to you. They don't look your way, they continue doing their important business, and serving a customer is not on that priority list. 
If you call to speak to a pharmacist you'll be put on hold and wait more than "just a moment" to be sure.
