The design team at Jewelry Art did a wonderful design with my first design and were gracious with me when I decided after a very long time that I did not actually want the ring as time and unfortunate things associated with the design concept occurred. They accepted payment for their design work and when I have a better concept and list of gems to be included I will return to see what the team can come up with this time! Thank you Barbara!

I recieved an engagement ring from Jewelry Arts and a month after I was given it I had a diamond fall out of my setting. I called them and they said it would be a same day fix. When I called to come in to have their mistake fixed for free since it’s been under a year they told me it would be a week to ten days and they would ship it back to me when it was done(we live 8 hours away now). They also were in a rush to get me off the phone and extremely rude. All the girl kept saying was “we’re busy now so call back later”. I now have to use my insurance to get it fixed. I would not recommend them ever. They have lost my business.

I highly recommend this store! Marissa went above and beyond to help me select a setting and diamond at a competitive price. My fiancé was in love with the ring at first sight when I proposed to her! This store has a wonderful supply-chain process which allows them to search diamonds on the market based on your criteria, give you available options/price ranges, and then have multiple diamonds of your choice brought into the store within a few days to see with your own eyes! This worked great for me given that I'm a Wisconsin resident who makes monthly trips to Ohio for work. I received amazing customer service from Marissa and all the employees as well. I look forward to my future visits!

Jewelry Art is "the diamond" in the rough. The entire staff are amazing and always helpful. I first found them for their amazing collection of Links of London, which they continue to keep adding the new "it" item that I am searching for!!! They have also taken excellent care of precious wedding bands from my parents that they brought back to glory as well as many other trusted and cherised pieces that I have from loved ones. We find their services always of the highest standards and regardless of your need they rise to the occasion. If you have a need for fun day wear, grand gift or a blessing of a wedding ring -- this is the place you want to stop BEFORE you go anywhere else!!!!

Jewelry Art has been a great experience for us while shopping for engagement rings. Everyone has been so helpful and pleasant and offered much needed support. The store is beautiful and always very clean and welcoming.
