Called last minute and Bob was able to fit us real quick to have a few links taken out of a Fossil watch! He was very nice and very quick!! I would definitely go back for any jewelry needs!!

I brought in my bracelet and he replaced the broken clasp and made it shine like it was brand new! Very nice,very affordable and they know what they're doing! Will definitely return!

Came in with a pair of glasses with a broken metal frame after trying a range of "Fast Fix"-style shops and almost had given up hope.  Had a very pleasant experience, and the owner turned it around by the next day, much to my delight.  This will be my go-to shop from now on!

Bob has been my go-to guy for watch bracelet resizing/adjustments. I've always had a great experience. Very easy to get to his downtown shop. I will work with him in the future for other watch repair needs.

Bob has been our family jeweler forever. Every piece that my father has every bought for my mother has been custom made by Bob. My brother and his wife are in the same boat. Now that I am married, I plan on doing the same. Bob is not only an amazing Jeweler but he is equally as kind and patient. 

My wife is in the medical field and sees several patients daily....she tells me all the time that she was asked about her ring, or that she caught someone staring at it....SHE LOVES IT!!!!

Please do not take my word! Go meet Bob and im sure you will agree too!!
