Mike also owns the car wash in Steelton. I'd agree he is not worthy of any stars. I've done work for this man an because of my disability I was unable to complete a job and was honest with him. His response was to block my phone number and not pay me. My girlfriend took necklace in to see what it was worth. Mike told her 60 dollars. That weekend she sold for 300 dollars. This company should be shut down this man is a crook.

can't give no stars so, know that I would have. CROOKS THIEVES CON MEN!! DO NOT USE THESE WORTHLESS LIARS> We bought a car and it had to do to the shop three times within the first month. The contract says as is, and it was a POS They were unhelpful and denied any culpability.

I was on Craigslist and found an mp3 player new and in the package for $18.00 and it was listed under Jewelry Liquidators. The mp3 player was purchased 8/15/12 and when I called on 8/23/12 to let him know it did not work he was less than sympathetic. He told me he had gotten a couple new and in the package and I was the only one that had complained. I could not play the mp3 player unless it was connected to the computer which is clearly NOT how the product was supposed to work. It was manufactured in May of 2009 and he denied having them that long. But seeing how he denied me a refund I would not purchase anything from him in the future electronic or otherwise. He's in it for the money, there is no customer concern there. The minute I asked for a refund he froze up and told me he "doesn't do that". Doesn't do what? Refund people for faulty products? I should have gone to Walmart.

The staff was very helpful and informative when I took me wedding set here to be resized. It took a few weeks to get done, and that was after a few phone calls to see what the hold up was. When I got it back the engagement ring and wedding band were 2 different sizes. They realized their mistake and it was fixed within a few days. Art also repalced my center stone and I was very happy with the outcome. However, there is a reason their prices are so low. Here it is only 9 months later and I noticed my stone is very loose in the setting. I've moved out of the area, so took it to a different store and they told me the prongs are completely worn and need to be replaced. Not sure what the prongs were but probably not platinum....be cautious.
