My mom and I took my grandmother to JFK through ER.  She had had an extremely bad Dementia episode the night before.  First, they put her in the hallway.  They did bloodwork, scan, and chest x-ray.  The doctor called my mom and me aside and said everything was good.  "No problems." Well, I took results to my place of work, where there are doctors and nurses highly qualified.  Their reading of the results: there is plenty to worry about and action has to be taken ASAP.  We will never return to JFK, not the first time but it was the last time.

I was taken to JFK medical center on December 19, 2017 due to having a seizure. My experience was terrible. Dr. Sevak came to see me and to find out what happened. I told him about my seizure and having severe pain on my back and feeling dehydrated. I asked for medication and water, nothing was provided. I had my blood tested and CAT scan done and was released from the hospital. Dr. Sevak didn’t even prescribe any medication for me.

Great doctors TERRIBLE front of house staff.   I was told three different answers about receiving a referral.  Called two days in advance to cancel appointment.  They didn't cancel the appointment and instead sent me a terse letter even after Natalie left me a voicemail saying the appointment was canceled.  Seek a better facility.

I gave birth here was the best.the staff and doctors are very  professional, loving, caring, and attentive. I loved how they treated me here it was unbelievable! Totally recommend !
