I have been going to this location for eight years and had no problems until last Thursday. I asked how much for wind shield wipers. They said 19.99. When I went to pay they said 19.99 for EACH. But really angered me was they told me they would replace my cabin air filter for $40. I said no ( I can do it for $15 from auto zone ). When I went to replace it a few days later, they had twisted up my old filter an put it in upside down so that the stuff caught in my filter would pollute my air system. This was pure spite. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will punish you if you don't pay them $40 for $15 items.

I'm extremely surprised that this Jiffy Lube only has 2.4 stars. I LOVE this location. Im always in and out, the staff is extremely friendly, and honest. This location is close to my job, but I live in Broward and drive by many places where I can get an oil change but will only go to this location cause they make me feel comfortable. I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. And when the guys see me they always greet me with a smile and welcome me back. Keep up the good work. Thank u Mike and crew!

They really couldn't care less and they wear it like a badge. Even for South Florida the customer experience is awful. That's impressive.

The mechanics will do anything to rip you off, I brought my car for an oil change and I was very specific about it and somehow they informed me that 4 of my stop lights where broken even tho they where ok and working fine  when I came here.  Stay away from this shop

A complete rip-off, go anywhere else.
I took a used car I was test driving, since it would make unusual road noise, and I wanted to find out how serious was the issue. I was told the inspection would cost $40. I said OK. After waiting for a while somebody else calls me over and tells me the charge would be $100, since they had to do a full inspection and the $40 "deal" was only for Uber drivers. My time was limited, so I hesitantly agreed. They put the car on the lift and flashed a light for about $10 minutes. Then they gave me an estimate of parts and labors of $1,100+, telling me the shocks needed to be replaced, all tires and I don’t recall what else. I left with a $106 bill, to find out later there wasn't any detailed diagnostic on the papers provided. 

I brought up the estimate to the dealer I was buying the car from, they assured me that I had been ripped off, since a year old car with only 30K miles was unlikely to have bad shocks, and to have their mechanics verified that. I then decided to take the car to Firestone across the street from this shady place, where they did a thorough inspection of the car, taking the wheels off, checking the oil and other fluids. They pinpointed the noise to the rear tires cupping, due to lack of tire rotation. They suggested to plan replacing the tires in the near future, plus do an oil change. I had them double check the shocks, but nothing wrong was found. The bill at Firestone $10, including great customer service.
