Firestone should be ashamed of the management at this location. First I warned that my break pads needed to be replaced immediately as it was touching metal only to catch them going for a joy ride in my car! later they come up with fake repairs that my car does not need to charge me more. I had it confirmed they lied by a certified mechanic.

Easily the worst business I have ever encountered. Making up fake problems with my car and taking days to do an easy 30 minute job. I wish I could rate this place with no stars.

Took car in for a tire/break replacement around 12 pm they told me to come back later it would be done in a few hours. I call in at 4 pm and they say to call back at 6 pm, i call at 6 pm and they tell me to come in the next day.. I call the next day and same thing, all in all they made me call back 2-3 times a day and in all it took them 4 days to (from Friday - Monday) to change the tires and breaks . This is a job that should take no more than 4-5 hours to do and that is SLOW. I feel this establishment is very unprofessional in the way they did business with me and I left feeling very disappointed. My car was not properly aligned after the procedure and all my preset radio stations were changed. 1 week after I got my car back both drivers and front passenger doors got jammed , as in I am unable to open the door weather it is locked or unlocked.

This is is the worst mechanic experience I would not wish on anyone

I was waiting for 1 hour and 30 min for an oil change that never got done.

Alignment wasn't done after I paid for it. No biggie took it back me but cost me time.
