Jiffy Lube @ 17642 Renton ruined my car! All I wanted was a oil change, there was nothing wrong with my car, but when they got through I had a busted oil filter, busted oil pan, & gasket...they did offer to tow to repair shop...but left oil all over their lot & didn't bother to cover with sand or anything...the story doesn't end there, but I'm home now with no car... DON'T GO TO JIFFY LUBE!!!

Greasy,oily hand prints all over the vehicle. They can't perform rudimentary precautions that deal with cleanliness of the owner's car. I stopped going to Jiffy Lube years ago and this only strengthens that judgement.

Jiffy Lube Attn: Oil Express Inc Franchisee of Jiffy Lube 17642 108th Ave Se Renton WA 98055 Dear Jiffy Lube: I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience I had at your establishment June 10, 2017. Originally I brought in my Dodge 2015 car on February 12, 2017 and received an oil change. My husband and I noticed banging on the car, so I went and asked why the mechanic was banging on my car. He informed me that he had striped the drain plug and they were replacing it for free. I wrote that down on the receipt I was given but he never put it on the account. Luckily I had the receipt in my glove box and while multiple employees watched including Alyssa the Customer Service Representative Lead. I showed them the note on the paper and it was done by an employee who has since been fired. During this two-hour visit, they tried to get the plug off and couldn’t, they got a special 13 gage tool and could not get the plug off either. They did not feel comfortable nor will I allow anyone to drill a hole in any part of my new car due to the damage that an employee did. I expect this to be handled properly, no matter the cost to Jiffy Lube. I had it notated on my account and receipt regarding the drain plug, QCRI needed that the general manager needed to do but not on their day off. I was advised that any damage due to the weight or if the engine seized for example would be paid for by Jiffy Lube with witness to a friend that was there was well. I was informed that Jiffy lube needs to the their QCRI as mentioned above, an auto shop will need to do an estimate on my time and then Jiffy lube would pay for this of course. I expect to have a complete diagnostic test to be done on my car to know the full damage of my new car done by the negligence of the Jiffy Lube employee. Along with the damage done for the Transmission Pan Gasket Leak, including but not limited to replacing the oil pan, the drain plug, the gasket as I was told and any other damage the auto shop finds due to this negligence and deceit of the employee. I will also request that any time wasted for my time or work missed to deal with this issue be compensated and if my car needs to be in the shop a rental car will be provided at no cost to myself. There was a mention of free oil changes as well, which the amount can be determined when discussed in person with the General Manager Jamal and I want to speak to the District Manager Matthew in person. I advised Alyssa that she and Caleb the assistant manager are the only ones allowed to touch my car for this issue and if we decide to return depending on the resolution of the damage caused by taking my vehicle to Jiffy Lube. During our time at the shop on June 10, 2017 we let Alyssa know about the attitude received by two employees one was Cabreal and the other I believe was Diago. They continued to glare at us during our visit and their attitude towards us were completely unacceptable. I have also learned of the treatment that these employees give towards their coworkers such as stapling their shoes which is why they now had holes in them which is completely unacceptable and harassment in the work place. These are the type of people that need to be let go from the company and find more people like Alyssa who can handle situations and treat customers with compassion and respect. I guess damaging my car and making me run to two different shops for quotes because of damage you did, didn't warrant them to call me.

WIsh I could give them more stars. Best customer service I have received across any industry. I came in with a very unusual request; to have some stenches cleaned out of my engine and bumper. This is not a service they offer but they happily helped me and quickly had me on my way. They have my business for life! Shout out to Jamal and his team!

Fast and friendly but can't help but seem to be missing some cash I had in my back back I don't have any proof but now I will be getting a cam for the dash and inside won't be coming here again either so stay safe!
