I would describe my experience at AutoNation Honda in Renton in one word "Exceptional ". From the moment you enter the dealership you like what you see. The show room is very big and beautiful, all sale representatives are friendly and professional and are dressed incredible from head to toe. What stood out for me the most especially with my sales representative Nhat Nguyen that he made whole process of buying a car fun and enjoyable. It felt like I am consulting with my friend, and my friend is helping me to choose the best car for me, with no pressure. Please don't go to other Honda dealerships in our area and why would you? most of them have attitude and this is the last thing you need when purchasing a vehicle. Here at AutoNation Honda in Renton they have it all, best prices, the best customer service and yes Honda's are the most reliable cars in it's class. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you.

I was in the search of a particular Honda and had been to about 6 different dealerships by the time I arrived at Auto Nation, negotiated 3 other vehicles at such locations but never closed the deal. Auto Nation was the only one who put in an honest effort in an offer for a new car and trade in. No grimy salesman approach, no bs, just clean cut, here's what we can do which was extremely refreshing after visiting many other dealerships. At this point I had a good idea on what a deal was for the car I was looking at and the trade in value of my current car. Unlike other dealerships, they don't tag on a bunch of other charges for "added value" to the vehicle. I gladly agreed to their second offer were they discounted the price of a brand new car without hesitation and had no other added charges other than tax and licensing of course. I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Honda Civic Ex! Everyone there was friendly and professional. I plan on referring many to this location. If you are looking for a no BS dealership without the gimmicks and phony salesman, this is your place.

Prior to making a service appointment I had inquired on cost. Because I thought it was reasonable I scheduled to come in. When I checked in I was informed that I was only given the base line cost. There were a few other fees included which I hadn't considered, but understood. The reason I'm only given them 2 stars is because I was informed of more yet more fees when I went to check out. I understand there are taxes and service charges, but considering a simple oil change service, they could've informed me of the total price before hand.

I purchased an Accord EX-L at Renton because of their efficient service and relative low price compared to other dealerships. This is my first car and I really like it. The outlook and interior configuration are so fashion and cute. My sales is Mutian Yang he is easy communicating and helped me get a good price. I would definitely recommend Yang and AutoNation Honda in Renton if you want to purchase a new Honda in Seattle.

Amazing purchase experience. I am a first-time purchaser and don't know much about the details of vehicle or financing. Pablo is a very helpful, patient, professional and friendly guy with a good sense of humor. He answered all the questions I had. You will feel like you are not talking to a dealer, instead you are purchasing your car with your friend. Pablo will give you his pertinent advice choosing your car and also help you to get a good interest rate based on your credit score. And yes I got a much lower interest rate than I expected! The process is smooth and you will not be feeling pushed to make any decision. Overall, great purchasing experience. Pablo did his job as a sales associate and also did his job as your new friend. I would recommend Pablo! :)
