I used Jiffy in 2014 to install a new HVAC at my house and was please with the service, which is why I used them recently to detect and repair a water leak behind my shower.  I paid them up front 800+ and I later needed an itemized bill because my insurance would reimbursement for the repair of the wall but not the pipe which I constantly explained to Jiffy.  When I asked Jiffy for the itemized bill it was a major issue!  I spoke to four people there, repeating the same thing over and over, this included the owner who was the most RUDE and HUNG UP on me!  How unprofessional!! Then they insulted me further, by requesting my insurance agent call them...last I checked the insurance agent didn't pay my bill!! I will never recommend or use them again!!  Unfortunately for them, my community was looking for a company to use for us and had asked me about them when I had my repair done because they saw the Jiffy Truck, initially I gave them a great review because I had previously used them.  After this interaction with the owner, I rescinded my great review to them and explained what happened.  Referrals are everything. Pete was awesome. My water bill has been high. He came out to investigate the problem. After checking my home, he determined I had a leak at the main line and recommended I call DC water immediately. DC water came out and determined the leak is on my property due to a lead pipe.  Pete was so professional, thorough and very knowledgeable.  He represents Jiffy plumbing well especially being so honest. Any person needing a plumber would hire Pete.  He's awesome.  Margaret Stanback 2925 10th Street NE DC.

Called the Service, Plumber arrived within an hour! Listened to what and where the problem was.  Checked out the problem, explained the fix and the cost. The work was completed in an hour or so! He cleaned up the work area and all is well!

Exceeded expectation!! Had a dying furnace that needed to be replaced. Have an aunt that I take care of who has respiratory and other health issues. Contacted Magnolia,John C Flood, who either didn't call back or didn't have anyone available with no amends.  Jiffy's adjuster made a special trip to write an estimate and take the deposit to get the ball rolling. Estimator stayed late and called around 2200 to see if someone would be available in the morning to begin.  Service technician Trevor and helper Daryl had the old furnace removed and the new one in by cob.  The following morning service technician Wilson and Daryl arrived to install the final connections.  Customer service is A++!! Technicians were accommodating, respectful, neat and efficient to boot! Put down extra padding to protect my hardwood floors and cleaned up as they worked..  Immensely satisfied with the process from start to finish.  Highly recommended!!
