Prompt and efficient service! David had contacted several members of his team to coordinate the recommended services for our plumbing and restoration all while beginning to service our plumbing problem. Within 2-3 hours of our initial plumbing issue Jason, with water restoration, was at our home to assess the damages caused by the sewage backup. He provided us with clear next steps and what approximate costs for repairs would be, and even assisted us with putting together the claim for our insurance. He has been invaluable to this first-time homeowner, me, and I can honestly say I have never worked with someone with a better customer focus than Jason. Thank you, again!

Technician 3628 did a great job replacing my garbage disposal and sink faucet. He was also very professional in providing preventive maintenance information. He covered his shoe upon entering the house without being told. I thought that was great consideration. Technician 3628 returned to my residence over a year later to repair my slow draining commode. Again, he did a excellent job and was very professional. I will continue to reach out to him for any service I need within his area of expertise.

I had a wonderful experience with RR! I called several companies and they were able to come out the earliest, at a time that was convenient for me. Kam arrived on time and quickly provided me with a very competitive quote. He solved our issue and provided me with tips to keep things flowing smoothly. This was the best experience I've had with a contractor in a long time.

After having few plumbers in my house and none of them could solve my problem I came upon Roto Rooter Co. A nice guy by the name of Tin (2648) showed up the same day and solved the problem. He explained every detail and called another partner for help. Both of them were very polite and professional. . He was very efficient and cleaned everything behind him. I was extremely impressed with this company!

Min was amazing and efficient. He told me everything he was doing as he was doing it. He explained they why as to what my problem was. I would really like to thank him for being so helpful. I would use him again. Roto-Rooter.
