I have purchased 14 new vehicles in my life and never have I experienced a purchase of a new vehicle that went as quickly and as smoothly as this experience. My salesman Ed has taken the anxiety out of a new car purchase. Ed sold my wife her new Enclave, my daughter a new Buick Regal and now my new GMC Denali. Ed epitomizes the you attitude toward his customers. Brad Ernest, my service advisor, also demonstrated a warm customer-friendly experience. I purchased my last GMC Sierra from that dealership in 2002 and now the change in the dealership is not only the facade of their building but the attitude of the existing service and sales personnel. I called this dealer on a truck and they gave me a price of 517 a month, which I thought was a great deal. I thought the deal was so good that I called back twice to make sure it was right and that they didn't miss anything. After our 3rd conversation about the price and going over the numbers, I decided to go down there and check out the truck. I got there and service was fast and friendly. After looking at the truck I decided I liked it and would buy it. During texting with my sales guy I again questioned the price. I was told as long as I have a employee discount(which I do) and the interest rate came in close to the quote (which it did) the price would be 517 a month for 72 months. Only after I have them run my credit and get it approved and I'm ready to go down there and sign the paperwork does the sales call me and tell me your approved at a good interest rate (2.9 %) all u have to do is come down and sign. I was excited until he told me he made a mistake , the payment is going to be 690 a month. I understand people make mistakes but I did repeatedly ask him about the numbers and if they were right. That's just not right they wasted my time and I lost a nice ford truck that was 630 a month that I was going to buy but didn't because they told me 517 . I thought it would be at least close to that especially after I confirmed the payment amount 5 different times before I had him run my CREDIT. There are dealers all over I highly recommend any dealer but this one. They wasted my time and I lost a great deal on a 2017 ford f150. Now I cant find any 2017 trucks and I'm forced now to buy a 2018 which the payment is going to be 724 a month. Not only did they waste my time but they cost me a lot of money too.

I've been here about 3 times. The first 2 times the experience was pretty normal. Today I went in for an oil change at 7am. I was one of the first 3 people there. Turns out my appointment was actually tomorrow. The guy turned me away because my appointment is tomorrow. I will not be returning after being rejected like that. I woke up earlier than normal hoping to get a oil change before work.

Their very friendly and helpful but their not very good at finding problems. Our car would not start, pumped gas for a solid 30 seconds and it started, we drove it to the dealership and they found nothing wrong...waste of 60$ and a full day! About a month later, the check engine light came on and then stranded us (whats the point of a check engine light if you're gonna break 2 miles down the road?)and that common problem of the GM throttle body failed. Then some time later when they did a "inspection" that you get at the dealerships they said the AC and stuff were good or green. That was false, we have not had cold AC for about 2 years now. We also got our car back from the dealership and things suddenly break..we got it back from an oil change and wipers and tire rotation and now what i assume is the exhaust making a sound when going over bumps?? We understand our car is a older car that was right before the bankruptcy but no need to do that! On the bright side the inspection did find we need new rear brakes! And when we got the car back the latest time, it now makes a "popping" sound right before starting.

The heated steering wheel which needs to be replaced is on back order. I had to return to pick up my vehicle until it comes in, which has now been over a week. Needless to say, the vehicle is barely out of its warranty and this is also frustrating. I had a vent repaired which needed to be repaired again (same vent, same flap). But now being out of warranty, the repair quoted is very costly! I do not feel the 12 months/12,000 mile coverage is adequate for this particular issue. This has not been a positive experience.
