Lt. 1488 is spot on. Right after returning back home from military service my wife needed a vehicle. We found a cheap car for $5k cash. I had the chase bank teller count the cash (in front of me as they always do) and put it in an enclosed envelope with a stamp and signature over the fold. I did all of this because they told me to make sure the right amount was brought back. I felt like something was off. I should have followed my instinct and found another car somewhere else. After I brought the envelope to them they refused to open and count in front of me because the money needed to be counted in the back room (supposedly) the lady that brought the envelope back said it was short $200. I showed the receipt and the salesman told me that they mess up all the time. After a deep breath and counting to ten in my head. We came to an agreement with $200 off the price if the car (like he was giving me a deal... What a frick'n saint.. Right). I was not going to loose that money.  I have no idea why anyone in any business would have zero integrity. This happened in 2011. 6 years ago and I still remember how enraged these people made me feel. If you want to be treated like this by anyone who offers a service by all means... This is your place. If you don't want to be treated like an idiot who doesn't know what they are doing... Not so much. Sorry for the late post people but I saw Lt. 1488's post and had to back them up with my own experience.

Beware of these CON ARTISTS @Autobright ! ABSOLUTELY THE Worse Place to ever go for a small lot;  they will pocket a large portion when you pay while they lie about warranty b/c their uncertified mechanic back there will play stupid when you have a serious problem such as Engine , Breaks, Air Conditioning and Electrical. They will lose your paperwork and not give you all that you sign; they will jack your rate up and Powerbook aka try to trick you into signing a that it has things such as Sunroof , Monsoon Sound System, V8 / Hemi while it's a v6 Engine. STAY AWAY - See elsewhere please!

Beware! These people do not stick to their word. Bought a car from them and paid extra for the instant title and it took them over a week for me to receive it. The car also had the stereo face plate missing and they promised to replace the stereo and never did. They seem very rude when they talk over the phone and seem like they can't wait to get off the phone with you, especially if there is an issue.
