Firsthand, I appreciate being able to schedule service appointments via the website, it's so much more easier and convenient. Secondly, when I arrived to my appointment and to greeted by name was refreshing! Not only did the mechanics do an amazing job with the service and resetting the system, but they called when they found all the issues (not each time they found an issue). I understand why my husband was so adamant about me taking our vehicle to Jim Clark and Clark ONLY! When I returned to pick up my vehicle, checkout was swift and friendly. It's refreshing to come in contact with great customer service. It's a soothing reminder that good people still exist. Thank you very much!

Very friendly and quick customer service, but poor diagnosis and work on their service dept.  I turned my truck in letting them know I was getting a vibration while braking and my rear brakes most likely needed to be replaced.  I also needed my air conditioner to be diagnosed since it would only blow cold air at highway speeds.  They only replaced my front brakes, came back the next day to let them know I still had the vibrations..."well it's probably your rear brakes". No kidding!  So my air conditioner is working right up till I left for a three day trip and it stops completely.  If they weren't so nice, I'd give them one star for incompetence.

Friendly staff and fast service! Recommend to anyone who wants a new vehicle or needs repairs!! Great job Jim Clark Auto Center, service department is the best!!!

Good selection, fair prices, and friendly people. The dude that test drove with us though kept messing with buttons on the steering wheel while my friend was driving 75mph down the interstate which really bothered me.

Bought my 2nd vehicle from Nate in a span of two months.  Easy to work with, came to a deal that worked for everyone, and was an easy transaction.
