We showed up from Indianapolis, IN with a tire severely out of balance! They were very busy, but we waited by shopping at the grocery store across the street.  They balanced the tire, and let me put some more air in the other tires (15 passenger van) and then they would not let me pay for it!  It was only $9, but the two gentlemen that helped me would not let me pay them.  I know that is not how a business makes money, but I do know that God will bless them for their generosity to a traveler passing through!  Thank you folks for your help!!!! I really appreciate it!

These guys are wonderful!! They worked us in even though they were very busy. I had a bad tire and they wanted to be sure I  was safe driving to work. They checked all the tires. They restored my faith in human nature.

I have purchased 2 tires in the last month or so. The first time I bought one I was told they expected to have the tire the following day and would call when it came in. 2 days later I called them wondering if they had received it yet. I was told yes, but the balancer was down and they weren't able to install it. Kind of irritated that they didn't bother to call like they said they would but whatever, not a huge deal. A couple weeks later I order a second tire (had to spread it out over a couple paychecks). I am told again that they will call me when it comes in. Although this time I am not given a time frame for when they expect it. A week goes by before I call them. I am told they forgot to order it and that it should be in the following Monday. And that again they will call. Monday rolls around with no call. Wednesday they call me and say they have it. Definitely not the best customer service but they apologized and they are super nice. They will even remember you by name. However,  my biggest complaint came after I left. I kept hearing an unfamiliar noise from the front of my truck. When I stop to inspect it I find that the wheel cover is loose and shaking with the wind. I remove the hub cab to get to the wheel cover that then promptly falls off. Some of the clips are broken and it won't stay in place. So at this point not only has their customer service and communication sucked, I get to spend more money on replacement parts for my truck. Needless to say I went from being slightly irritated to plum irate!

Awesome company with an awesome staff! They're very honest, helpful, & well mannered. These guys are the only mechanics, I let look at my car. Being a woman, a lot of mechanics will try to get over on me, but these guys were honest, patiently listened to me try to explain what was going on with my vehicle, & then took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle. The staff is just awesome!!
