Jim and his staff operate a first class agency. It is clear that the culture in this office is focused on "Customer First" service. From the simple tasks of making an auto change to the crisis of moments after an accident, Jim and his staff have responded to me and my families needs on the spot. You can also count on a follow up a day or two later just to check in. Once or twice a year I receive an email/text from Jim himself, just thanking me for my business and encouraging me to call if I ever have a question or concern with my coverage. Nothing makes me prouder to do service with Jim then when I'm with family or friends that have insurance questions they cannot get straight answers from with their agents. Within minutes I can contact Jim's office and get their advice, regardless if it pertains to my policy. Its good to know Jim DeMaio is going to have your back when you need it.

Awful State Farm franchise. Inside their office is crummy, the rates seem to change too often and they call you endlessly about services you already declined such as renter's insurance ("I don't rent" x10) and life insurance (“protect your financial future” spiel). Worst of all: their customer service is terrible. 

FYI - I was a 5+ year State Farm customer and was with these "pros" for 1.5 years. I left State Farm due to this place.

Also funny to note: Check out how all the positive reviews were left in the same time period (2 week period) right after several bad reviews. Can you say cover up? 

To sum up: Terrible and obviously shady. Plenty of other options out there.

I've been with State Farm insurance through Jim DeMaio for several years and have had a very pleasant and professional experience with this agency and its sales team, with everyone affiliated being knowledgable and straightforward. The agency adds a personal touch with a phone call every now and again to check in on their service and provide gratitude for working with them.  I have had to file one claim with the company and all the heavy lifting was done within a matter of hours and the claim was completed inside of a week and a half, with a phone call shortly thereafter making sure I was satisfied with the claim filing process and service.

I've had nothing but positive experience with this Agency in my 6 years here. All the staff are knowledgeable, patient and companionate. When I switched insurance companies from Progressive, Jim DeMaio State Farm was able to save me over $100 in monthly price as well as protect my family with Life Insurance!

I had a great experience with this Insurance company they helped me out a lot. The agent that helped me, Justin Hedden was very nice professional organized and helpful to me. Thank you very much for the awesome customer service.
