Jim and his team have been our go to entity for all of our insurance needs for nearly 15 years.  We bundle everything with them and they are always on the lookout for discounts and deals to help us save money.  Highly recommend!

Jim  and staff are great!! I've been with them for years. They have my back and are always on the hunt, finding discounts for me.  Great service, friendly and great rates with awesome coverage. 😀😀👍👍

This location seems to never answer the phone.  I'm cool with leaving a message.  However, a response is lacking in urgency.  Can you imagine anyones's insurance issues are overly time consuming out of an office chair?  I cannot... Especially on 5+ occasions.  They want your money but meh I was more impressed by the competition going over their competitor's coverage than themselves.  I rate 2 stars because I'm not irate over my experience.  I feel gauged by State Farms actions... Search their waste online if you'd like.  Also, get a couple quotes elsewhere.. I cut my bill almost in half on 3 rides.

Jim and his team have always taken a customer-first approach, offered competitive rates, and are highly responsive. I'd recommend Jim and his Agency to anyone looking for a positive customer experience.

Our family has been with Jim Lindahl ever since he started his own agency! He offers the best service and competitive rates.  He as always treated us with the highest respect, answered our questions quickly, provided service with a smile and we always felt like we were family.
