I was highly referred to Steve and his team by a close family friend.  I called and spoke with Michael Zwickey to get a auto quote.  He was very personable and friendly making sure they were finding the best insurance for me.  I met with Steve, Mike, and the team that same day and got a great policy.  I highly recommend Steve and his team.

Excellent agency that is a step above the competition due simply to the extra amount of effort they put into each person they help. The employees they staff all provide superior customer service and are more than helpful in all areas of your insurance needs.

I have known Steve Graham since middle school and worked with him for many years.  He is a true professional that takes pride in his business.  He is also one of the hardest working insurance agents that I know.  Respect.

Unfortunately, we have had a number of countless issues with Steven G. Graham Agency - Insurance Brokers of Minnesota. Everything from inaccurate multiple quotes and signed documents.  Then we had a cancellation notice for non payment! When you start with a new company you must pay your policies in full to obtain coverage. We made the payment with Dan over the phone for both policies. They never applied it to one of our policies. So it generated a cancellation notice. Now we are being audited and have been sent a cancellation notice again due to the fact that they decided to place my husband as the primary on the account eventho I have been the one who has only been in contact with them. I was the one who called asking for a quote. I gave them all my info first and said I have been the one who had always been the primary on the coverage over the years. I currently have had Progressive for over 5 years. I would like to stay with Progressive to keep my status and extras. Then they started email my husband under my email. I explained again during the quote process I am the primary. For Some reason I guess as a married  woman  I have no rights to be a primary according to this agency. Never have I been discriminated against in such a manner. Anyways back to my point. They have him as the primary and now all of my accounts and logins had to be changed with Progressive under my husbands name. Progressive now can not verify him at our current address due to the fact EVERYTHING has and is all in my name as a primary. So we are now going to be canceled. Thank you so very much for all the trouble Steven G. Graham Agency - Insurance Brokers of Minnesota.
