Sold my parents a van to be converted for a wheelchair accessible lift. My parents paid cash. The van does NOT crept the lift, as the owner promised it would. They now have a $20,000 van that they paid outright for. Their intention with the purchase of this van was SOLELY for a wheelchair lift. They had a vehicle which they already owned outright, which was traded in for this van...which serves the SAME DAMNED purpose their other non-accesible vehicle served. He STILL has not made this right for my parents. My next step is WNEP16 and the attorney generals office!!
