Best agent I’ve had since I was under my parents policy. Jim takes the time to help when it’s truly needed with great advice and follow through. When I chose Jim and his team, it was on a whim when we moved last year from out of state and I feel like we hit the jackpot.

Stopped by on a whim after going to a discount brokerage up the street I was very happy with the time Tom took answering my questions.  I had recently gotten a renewal offer from Farmers that was about $1000 higher then the last year.  So I wanted to verify that the renewal offer was in line within this industry.  I was very impressed with the way Tom conducted himself in explaining things and not bad mouthing other companies or agencies.  He more then hummored my questions as I was trying to fully understand the different options on coverage.  I am sure that I could get cheaper coverage at the discount agency, but I was happy with the quote and policy that I got at State Farm in comparison to the Farmers, especially adding the value of having a point of contact at a local branch that if I ever need anything is only a phone call away.

Although they have called on us numerous times for our business and have always been pleasant, they really dropped the ball when it came to actually getting us a quote. I'm not sure why we waited so long to follow up, but after two weeks of waiting on a quote we called and were told that they couldn't insure us due to the nature of our business. I understand that, however but not calling to tell us that we couldn't get insurance was a real lack of professionalism. I would look for a more dependable office if you want State Farm.

I have always had a great experience with this State Farm agency and find them very helpful.  They also reduced my insurance costs greatly.
