Taylor was wonderful! Super friendly, made good conversation, and the rest of the team was great as well! We got our food made exactly how we asked, and in a timely fashion. Taylor and I talked about our cars since we both have Chevy Cobalts, and he even talked to my girlfriend (who's mom works at a Ford dealer) about getting a new Ford Explorer.

Overall, I had a great experience, just as I usually do.

Shout out to Taylor & team! Will definitely be returning.

This Jimmy John's has the slowest delivery of any I've ordered from. I'm 4 minutes away and the two times I've ordered from them it's taken at least half an hour to get here. Pretty off brand, guys

Put in an order online at 11:24am, confirmed at 11:30am, called at 12:06pm and found out it had yet to go out and subsequently cancelled my order. Nothing but a "ya my bad man, I totally understand". Freaky fast, not so much, freaky stupid.

Got a gargantuan during my lunch break. Took about 4 minutes with a line. Pleasant experience and no complaints.

I placed my order and the order taker suggested a box order instead.  I would received a cookie but only a pickle spear instead of a whole.  Turns out it cost a LOT more and then I didn't receive a pickle at all, which is what I really wanted, not the cookie.  Also, the bread was stale and tough.  This is my second and last time at this Jimmy Johns.
