Good food my only complaint is with the delivery.. Jimmy Johns needs to invest in a few GPS for their dumb ass drivers... EVERY TIME we order the driver calls me asking how to get to my house.. It is not difficult or even far... Regular house on a regular street with street lights & light above my front door.. ??? I do not live out in the middle of the damn desert or anything.. Then once you give them directions they still get lost. One driver told me he had just left the restaurant & basically asking for turn by turn directions just because it was dark... What... Then another old woman had called me asking for directions I told her what I live DIRECTLY  across from & her reason for still not being able to find it was because “you didn’t tell me your front door wasn’t facing it” Lmao.. I would say I can see why they’re only delivery drivers but they can’t even do that!! This is a scary place

Horrible.  Over an hour wait for being freaky fast. Laughed at when I called to see what was the problem. I will never go back and will tell everyone the same thing

Awesome customer service!!! I called back minutes after I placed my order to see if I could change my bread to wheat (because I forgot to ask for it when I placed the order.) The person on the phone said that they had just caught the delivery driver in the parking lot and would gladly remake it for me. I said it was no big deal, since the sandwich was already made, I would take the French bread and be fine. When my sandwich was delivered to me, I placed my hand in the bag, and behold!!!! My #9 was on wheat bread!!! THANK YOU!!!

Was in hold for 15 minutes then had to wait over an hour just for two subs. Then once someome arrived they went to the wrong house. Also they messed up both subs.

Tamiesha was the rudest order taker I have ever talked too. Also, it took them 50 minutes to get two sandwiches here. Would definitely recommend ordering from a different jimmy johns.
