KIDS CARROT STICKS HAD GONE BAD

Everything else was good, and service was good and quick, but those carrot sticks were partially mushy.  I've had the same problem at other locations, so they have a systemic problem.  They shouldn't cut them into sticks days in advance, as that increases surface area and thus decomp rate.  They also need to put expiration dates on them, and keep them refrigerated the whole time.  And obviously rotten carrots make for rotten carrot sticks,so toss those out.  (It would be a shame if they removed this healthy snack from the menu instead of just improving their process.)

Went to Olga's for dinner the food was awful. Salads were so soggy and brown,when I asked for a new one she brought the same salad back like "here you go fresh lettuce" and  I seriously thought she was joking. Food came it was awful. I was embarrassed I suggested this place we were with a friend. The  sandwiches were microwaved so much the lettuce and tomatoes were so hot and the meat was so hard from being microwaved by the time it cooled down it was like beef jerky. Waitress was not interested in waiting on us, kept running away and disappearing. I paid $41 for awful food and awful service. Disappointed in Olga's didn't even eat my food left it there.

Olga's is my daughters favorite place to be treated.  We had an all around excellent experience.

Extremely slow service, items on food that I asked to be removed, had to wait ages for a refill, overall bad experience. If you're in a hurry, avoid this Olga's.
