Good food but no matter the staff they do not ever listen to my order to get it right this first time. This time there was gum stuck to the floor where you pick up the to go orders. Also, when picking up two sandwiches and chips why do I have to ask for a bag only to have point to a stack of bags and napkins to do it myself.  For $18.for two sandwiches and chips and your five to one staff to customer ratio you cannot put it in a bag. I guess the loud music makes them move too slow. It's easy to claim fast delivery when you make the customers work.

We order twice a month maybe. Large orders. There's never been an issue with quality. The delivery guy/girl is always nice. Service could be a little quicker at times.

Consistently get my delivery order wrong. You can never get ahold of a manager and employees just say I’m Sorry, my bad.

Not quite freaky fast at this location.  I know what freaky fast is.  I used to work at the campustown Jimmy John's at Iowa State University.  Freaky fast peaks there at about 1:30 am when the bars close.
