I just had two of the crappy hamburgers I ever had at McDonald's got two cheeseburgers were cold! Also ordered fish fillet was not real fresh either and was kind of rubbery! Fries were OK! Waitstaff was fine and courteous! McDonald's better do something different soon!

11/1/17 updated review! Still go there occasionally for a cheeseburger or something special always drive through always busy! Hamburgers are never hot and just lukewarm! I got a large vanilla latte last week and for the price you pay it’s only 3/4 full✌️

I live in the immediate area, I go to McDonald's probably more than I should, but when I do, I want the food to be warm / hot, I want what I asked for and I don't want to be treated poorly.

Needless to say with the one star rating, this location fails on so many levels it's not even funny. I actually drive out of my way to go to the McDonald's off of 610 & Zane because this spot has messed up my order so many times only to have to go in and get hassled to boot! Then walk out with sub-par food that's barely room temp. The burgers are cold, the fries are cold, the drinks are warm, I don't know how they do it, but they do it.

If you have the unfortunate run-in with this location, DO NOT pull through until you check your order, I would say they have a 40% fail rate with my food, and I'm not talking about special order stuff. A #1 with large fries and a coke is usually what I get. How you can mess that up is well beyond me. I didn't know putting food in a bag was that hard to do, but this McDonald's makes it look like brain surgery gone wrong.

Service is usually faster than other locations, but the food is cold. The employees at the drive thru can't hear very well either, have to repeat order several times.

This particular McDonald's is a prime example of why their sales have declined, and isn't ever worth one star.

Take for instance "Clay," the teenage cashier.  He clearly doesn't want to be there, and with each order I place I'm met with a gripe.  With his indignace working my last nerve, I finally put the kid in check. Grant it he's a kid but the attitude was beyond acceptable.  It seems like the whole place is toxic, with the manager arguing with Clay and barking orders at everyone.

Then there's the wretched pop station, with fruit flies feasting on the mess.  It was truly the nastiest thing I've seen at McDonald's.

Between Clay, the toxic workplace, and the gnat fiesta, I lost my appetite.  Good thing was that Clay did turn his attitude around when I called him out.  Never again.

In general, Mickey D's is great! 

It is frustrating tho when in a hurry, to discover cold/barely warm food in ur bag tht shld b hot!  ...usu after ur back on the road. :(

Also, Mickey D's is KNOWN for being FAST ...which is super appreciated! However, some years back, I learned (from an employee!)tht, supposedly, the location across from Brookdale Shopping Cntr (Brooklyn Center, MN) is a 'training' location! Why there wld b a "training location" vs training where someone will b working is waaay beyond me! ...esp when it operates at a snail's pace! No kidding! The wait whether there's a line or not is exponentially longer thn most Mickey D's! ...and it's next to a shopping cntr!!

I've learned ...the hard way!
